Professional Support and Care
I am a seasoned clinician with expertise in talk and play therapy. I am psychodynamically trained and use CBT, educational and family support tools as needed. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology from George Washington University and masters degree in developmental psychology from Columbia University. Many of the children I see are struggling with emotional dysregulation, sensory issues, separation anxiety, toileting issues, food aversions, attachment issues, inflexibility, anxiety or fears, dysphoria, social conflicts or low self-esteem. Other families in my practice seek treatment to gain support around familial conflicts that present at different developmental stages, or to assuage concerns associated with significant life changes due to divorce, bereavement or other types of loss.
Selecting a therapist is an important decision. I look forward to hearing your needs and concerns and our working together.
